Patricia
Lentz.
Trish Lentz began her career in real estate in 1973.
She worked with Real Estate One in Taylor under the
management of Betty Miller. After a couple years of
experience Trish moved with Betty to her office then
named Business Investment Group. During that time Trish
dedicated herself to education and knowledge of the
real estate industry which included Investing and Managing
in residential and commercial properties. In 1980 Trish
opened her own business along side her husband, Kenneth
Lentz, and that business grew rapidly. During those
years and still today Trish's most excelled accomplishment
was the fact that she gave back to her community.Trish
has always prided herself on a hard work ethic, integrity
and honesty. She has always treated her customers and
clients with the utmost respect and kindness.
Trish is a Past-President of the Down River Association
of Realtors and recently elected by her peers to serve
as Director again. She has served on many committees
on a local and state level for Realtors. Trish has earned
her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation. Sadly,
in 2003 the death of her husband, Kenneth Lentz left
Trish to make a decision about her life. She decided
in March of 2006 to join with Sheri Sutherby-Fricke
as her business partner and with Real Estate One. Therefore,
the beginning of, Lentz and Fricke LLC.
Sheri
Sutherby Fricke. Sheri
was licensed in May of 1987. She had begun her education
training in October of 1986. Sheri interviewed with
many real estate Brokers but found the one that stood
out and would offer more to her clients was Real Estate
One. Sheri believes that being involved in the community
and education of high importance. The real estate industry
dictates the way cities operate as well as businesses.
She was appointed by the Mayor of Wyandotte to the Tax
Increment Finance Authority and then Chairing the Zoning
Board of Appeals and Adjustments. These committees taught
Sheri the detail of city growth. She is now elected
City Councilwoman for the City of Wyandotte. Because
of knowledge, involvement, ethics and expertise, Sheri
was named "Realtor of the Year" for the State
of Michigan in 2005. Sheri also believes in a hard work
ethic, honesty, and above all integrity. Sheri has earned
her Graduated Realtor Institute Designation, Certified
Realtor Specialist Designation, Accredited Buyer Representative
Designation and At Home with Diversity Certificate.
Sheri and Trish decided in March of 2006 it was time
to build a better business along with Real Estate One
and join forces.
